Production Assistant – Animated Series

Bes Animation are seeking a highly motivated full time production assistant to work on our current animated series. Production knowledge and experience essential, knowledge and experience in animation production desired but not necessary. The role will be providing support to the producers, production manager and team.

Tasks will include:

Managing calendars and schedule of senior staff
Creating and updating tracking documents
Assisting with organisation of voice records, deliveries of material, file management
General office admin and housekeeping
This is a junior role but is a great starting point for anyone wanting a foot in the door in production. Specifically seeking someone with the desire for a career in television production.

Located in Coburg North with work hours Monday – Friday 10am-6pm
